You send a photo, we create a digital portrait of an employee, a mini-video of 15 to 30 seconds and a QR code to scan in your premises.
The QR code links to a dedicated, unindexed page containing the video and behind-the-scenes footage of the portrait. You can share this page internally (or externally if you wish).
Depending on the option chosen, you will receive:
– either just the digital pack,
– either a signed and numbered A4 photo print,
– either a 30×30 cm Hall of Fame canvas with light acrylic finishes (digital hybrid + paint), ready to hang.– Dedicated mini-page (via QR) : title + message + video (not indexed) in both versions.
👉 Only 1 person per portrait — this product is designed to highlight one employee at a time: hero of the month, promotion, onboarding, retirement…
After placing your order, you can specify the following to me:
– the desired video format (vertical for Instagram/stories, or horizontal for LinkedIn/screens)

The photos you provide will be used solely for creating your portrait and video. They will not be resold or reused without your consent.
